In your new position you will plan and drive initiatives focused on improving the way we work with requirements and verification, to strengthen the quality of the products we develop. You will in this way influence our requirements and will have many contact points in the whole organization. You will be the expert in the framework and way of working with requirements and support your colleagues in this. Your expertise will cover knowledge of Systems Engineering and applying it in development of products within a regulated medical device context. Your main responsibilities will be::

Driving improvement initiatives in the context of requirement
Maintaining requirement and verification management best practices, instructions and processes
Supporting the users of processes and tools provided by the Requirement & Verification Group
