We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master for our C2 development team who is passionate about leading teams to become high-performing have an agile mind-set and have teaching skills. Your main task will among other things, be to responsible for coaching the team so they can come closer to become high-performing, identify and eliminate obstacle to progress as well as facilitating Scrum’s ceremonies in a complex and varied working day.

Working out of our Herlev location, you will be responsible for coaching the C2 Development Team and drive them to become high-performing. The team is part of our Software Development organization, and we thrive with stable, interdisciplinary and self-managed teams based on agile principles and methods.
