Are you capable of taking our demand planning process and maturity to the next level? Then you may be our new Demand Planning Lead for driving the development of demand planning and scenario work in our S&OP process.

You will oversee the internal development of demand planning as well as develop the maturity for how we collaborate with Sales and Marketing, report to senior management, and support our demand review process in the S&OP process. You will set the standards for how we run demand planning, motivate the demand planners, and coach our planning managers. We expect you to challenge our ways of working, processes, and how we use our systems.
