Become part of our Product Lifecycle Management Programme to help transform how we work and cooperate in the future. You will join a significant and strategically important initiative, and you will gain a remarkable insight into Arla, our processes and value chain.

As business change manager, you will work on ensuring that we succeed in managing the change and have our business adapt to our new ways of working. You do so by analysing how changes will affect our business and identifying, involving and collaborating with key stakeholders to enable the changes needed.

Your tasks include:

Overall responsibility for business change plans, which includes following up and reporting on progress while securing high quality in all change deliveries
Prepare managers for their role in leading the change
