Your main task will be to lead the change management effort across the program through professional change management execution at leadership team level, in the line organization as well as in the specific projects.

A vital key to success is your ability to drive, influence and facilitate the change journey at all levels in the organisation and your excellent stakeholder management skills. In overview your primary tasks will be to:

Lead the change management planning and execution across the Supply Chain and Planning Programme, individual projects and our leadership teams in the organization
Initiate and execute change management plans with clearly defined requirements and deliverables
Coach and support project teams as well as members of the line organization and their leadership teams
