You will spend around half your time travelling in Europe, as you nurture a professional community that spans 3 countries and 1200 employees.

As our new Global HR Business Partner, you will have a very important role in ensuring that Netcompany constantly moves in the right direction. We are highly pragmatic and always prioritise global HR projects that have a crucial effect on our business and can generate immediate results. You will be involved in implementing our proactive recruitment strategy in new regions and driving a wide range of initiatives, programmes and projects on behalf of the HR Director as we expand into new territories.
