Head of Global Security

As head of global security, you take the lead on all security matters in the LEGO Group. Your areas of priority are: resilience, investigation, people investigation, property protection as well as crisis & emergency management. In doing so, you will develop, implement and maintain a global security strategy, ensuring that the security level matches our current and potential needs.

As a member of the Corporate Facility leadership team, you ensure integration between security and facility globally, and you:

• Conduct risk assessments regarding security threats affecting LEGO® headquarters, hubs and sites
• Have a global oversight and leadership responsibility of our internal security organisation
• Step into the global Crisis Management Group and have the oversight of local crisis management teams and maintenance of crisis management plans
