We are looking for a talented and dedicated student assistant to join our Fermentation team at our production site Fuglebakken located in Copenhagen N. Our department ferment microorganisms to produce enzymes primarily for the food and beverage industry. Our factory comprises of large scale fermenters running at full capacity to support Novozymes’ overarching growth strategy.
As our new student assistant, you will support technicians, engineers, and managers in various tasks related to daily operation. Your main focus will be the workflow related to batch documentation, but you will also work with production data to enable process optimization.
The average time commitment is around 8 hours a week, which can be split on 1-2 days. Workload can vary at times, and we expect you to be flexible. We will also provide flexibility during exams or other periods where there is less time for work.
