We are currently looking for two candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative (m/f), one candidate in Neumünster and one candidate in Nordborg.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be an active member of the Customer Service process, striving for excellent customer satisfaction. Additionally the Customer Service Representative needs to support a participative environment by open communication and being an active supporter for a positive team atmosphere. As well you insure that customer concerns and inqueries are dealt with adequately.

Serve as the primary order contact for our European customers
To provide Danfoss with the highest level of support on all aspects from order processing to product delivery
To be an active member of the Customer Service EMEA Team to ensure the future development and success of the company
