Georg Jensen is looking for a Global HR Process Specialist to join us in our journey to strengthen and align our HR processes to support our organization globally.

We offer a challenging and exciting newly established position with reference to Head of HR. You will be part of a dedicated HR team in a dynamic enviroment in a global company with a strong brand and a culture build on a deep and rich heritge of Scandinavian design and craftmanship.

Your responsibilities:

• Work closely with global key stakeholders, analyse the current global processes in relation to needs, local culture, timing and regulations to ensure relevance and value for our organization
• Define, design and lead the implementation and execution of our Global People Wheel
• Analyze best practices for a global performance management process to secure which approach fits Georg Jensen in both values and culture
