As our first Customer Experience Researcher you’ll work at the very start of the design process, understanding our customers, their journeys and their needs, before anything gets designed.
You’ll build the foundations for this from the ground up and work across product, sales, support and marketing to create a 360° view of our customers, users, market and competition.
