Som Produktionschef får du det overordnede ansvar for driften i vores smedeproduktion i Brørup samt en central rolle i at integrere NDI’s øvrige produktionsenheder under samme ledelse.
Du bliver ansvarlig for en organisation på 30-40 medarbejdere fordelt på treholdsskift – herunder både mellemledere og administrativt personale.
