During the next 6-8 years, we expect to replace more than 100 applications, implementing new CRM, ERP, and integrating audiology, contact center solutions as well as enable operational reporting in 20+ markets.

In the early stages, our focus will be on building the foundation across all markets/countries – and then about mid next year, start onboarding markets to the new template.
