You will be responsible for developing and implementing labor relations strategies in alignment with both the overall Danaher strategy and Radiometer strategy.
The role is a blend of hands-on tasks, concrete sparring with senior leaders/HRBP’s and strategic planning. Overall responsible for all negotiations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role includes leadership of a diverse team including a couple of LER specialists.
