Are you able to drive and develop DRC’s Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) quality management system? Do you have the skillsets needed to set technical standards and ensure that compliance systems for them are in place and functional?
The Senior Technical Advisor acts on behalf of DRC management to ensure adequate weapons-related technical standards exist, that they are developed and seen as relevant, and that programs worldwide adhere to them.
