Legal Counsel
You will be working in the Teradyne Robotics Legal Department and provide legal counsel to both Universal Robots A/S and its sister company Mobile Industrial Robots A/S.
Your key responsibility will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial contracts including distribution agreements, sales agreements with major international companies, sourcing agreements, technology and license agreements, guarantees, and other financial instruments.
