Medical Assistance Coordinator – Travel Care
We are looking to recruit Registered Nurses to strengthen our daily medical case handling for Nordic customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering calls and e-mails, case registration, case handling and assistance coordination
- Medical screening/triage and escalating complex cases to our contact doctors
We are committed to providing excellent training and support, and we have developed a comprehensive onboarding program for this very purpose
