We have built a strong foundation via several acquisitions – and we continue to have appetite for M&A.
You will assist with the acquisitions of companies across the world, in a fragmented industry that provides an abundance of opportunities to create value through consolidation.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Be involved in M&A projects globally, from initial screening to signing and closing of deals
- Conduct market screenings and support deal sourcing activities
