In September 2024, we were proud to add to this legacy and announce the EUR 14.3 billion (approximately DKK 107 billion) acquisition of Schenker. Over the past nine years, we have also successfully completed three other transformational acquisitions: Agility GIL in 2021, Panalpina in 2019, and UTI in 2016, along with several mid-sized strategic transactions that have all contributed to our continued expansion and industry leadership.
It all starts right here at our M&A and Strategic Projects team, located at the DSV HQ in Hedehusene, Denmark.
You will assist with the acquisitions of companies across the world, in a fragmented industry that provides an abundance of opportunities to create value through consolidation.

In this position, the level of responsibility is great, the learning curve steep, and tomorrow never the same as today. When the time is right, we act. And we do so in close collaboration with top management from across the DSV organisation.
We are a dynamic team of five dedicated M&A professionals, who are working closely together, and prioritize an energetic atmosphere.
You will get the opportunity to engage in all phases of the M&A process and thereby have the rare opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of all the elements in an M&A transaction. The DSV M&A team is highly experienced and provides great opportunity for mentorship and learning, as well as the potential to interact with both internal and external stakeholders of the M&A process
