Are you motivated by the People & Culture agenda, and do you want to make a difference in a dynamic environment, where there is not far from a good idea to implementation?
You will be responsible to bring the People & Culture agenda from business partnering level to strategic level.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Strategy, actionplans and project management
- Culture, values and People & Culture legal matters
- Developing and implementing people processes
