Do you want to join us to impact the development of our growing organization, support our employees’ development as well as work with engagement?

You will drive the yearly cycle activities related to Organizational review, People review, and Engagement dialogues and work closely with the leaders to ensure activities around talent, performance, rewards, etc. are well embedded into our organization.

You become part of a team of approx. 20 highly skilled colleagues placed primarily in Denmark but with colleagues in the US, Germany, and Switzerland as well. The role is global, and the person is preferably placed in Germany or Denmark, but can as such be in any of our four primary locations.
