Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain strong partnership with business leaders and managers to understand their strategic objectives, business challenges and talent needs from an HR perspective
- Together with the Nordic HR team – streamline, harmonize and centralize the entire Nordic HR function to establish highly efficient HR processes and support
