To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for a Customer Service Professional. You can expect work involving customers from power utilities, offshore wind- and data centers in Denmark.

Some of your tasks will be to.

Manage warranty cases for installed base
Be the main contact person for our sub-suppliers, planning and coordinating their works onsite
Handle non-conformance reports (NCRs) from registration in our internal systems to successful closing
