As a Corporate Graduate at Blue Water Shipping you are offered a custom-made 21 month graduate programme designed to strengthen your professional and personal development and future career.

You will have the opportunity to undergo three rotations of 7 months each. The first two rotations will take place between the Finance department and the Strategy office, both located at our headquarters in Esbjerg. The third rotation will be in the operation, with the potential to work abroad in one of our international offices.
