You will lead a dedicated global team of experienced Program and Project managers who handle projects and complex programs and one of the first tasks is to design, staff and establish your leadership team consisting of a number of Project Directors.

Program/project methodology and ways of working will be defined and implemented by you and your team, according to size of projects. Projects can range from billion DKK multiyear projects to single one time installation events.
