Do you master French? Are you a skilled writer with a passion for service - and do you want to be a part of creating a wonderful experience for all our customers?
The team will be responsible for ensuring a wonderful customer service across all our platforms and markets – you will primarily focus on the francophone markets. Your primary tasks will consist of:
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback (primarily French customers) by mail and chat.
- Optimise processes of our customer service activities.
