In the role as Business Operations Manager - Customer Support & Onboarding, you will lead our two Danish Customer Support & Onboarding units: Acquiring (Clearhaus) and PSP (Quickpay).

You will be focusing on streamlining the two units and creating an even more positive and holistic customer experience. If this sounds like an interesting challenge, you might be the candidate we are looking for!

Your core tasks/responsibilities include:

Customer Support & Onboarding unit for Unzer DK (Clearhaus Acquiring and Quickpay PSP Teams)
Integration of the Customer Support & Onboarding teams in Denmark into the Unzer Group, including alignment and bridging of systems, workflows, culture etc.
