In this role, we are looking for a resourceful and curious student who can work 15 to 20 hours per week on average. We will be flexible about working hours to fit your classes and exams.

We are passionate about our lean journey and have recently implemented a range of corrective actions to reduce waste and shorten the lead time of our products. Now we need you to help us continue that journey by digging one layer deeper into key processes to discover the next steps.

You will start by mapping out the process using value stream mapping. As you dig deeper you will then identify and perform/lead/propose corrective actions to bring us to a future state with increased capacity.
