You will form part of a social and professional network with other graduates and be assigned a permanent mentor with whom you can discuss your challenges and everyday experiences in confidence and have professional sparring with. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with improvement projects including the following areas:

  • Trading and sales (incl. hedging), oil and product movements/value streams
  • The green transition
  • Process safety, operation, technical, maintenance, shutdowns
