Imagine a future where you plan and manage change processes to support the transformation of Ørsted’s global offices to an activity-based work environment.

Join us in this role where you’ll lead the ‘Change and Leadership’ workstream, build and continuously update the global frameworks and concepts for how we use our offices, and provide support for both management and employees.

You’ll support the build-up of local capabilities and drive change management initiatives and activities where needed, in accordance with concepts and the global roll-out plan.
