As a Business Controller, you will be focusing on business partnering through follow-up, analysis and monitoring of ours – and our tenants’ – costs/service charges, investments and projects.

You will be responsible, and assume ownership of, the ongoing tasks of our controlling of site budgets (charges) and projects/capex, including facilitation and presentation of budget processes, follow up, analysis etc. for ensuring relevant reporting within agreed deadlines, and you will help develop, streamline and optimize internal processes, as well as providing a bridge between our site budgets and the impact for us as an owner and for our tenants.
