Danfoss is looking for a Lean Change Agent for our Warehouse production in Gråsten and Tinglev.
You have experience with Lean and continuous improvement and you are excellent in driving and managing projects in a production environment. As a person, you take a burning interest in coaching and training people, and energy and entrepreneurship are a natural part of you.

It is essential that you have experience in operating and managing improvement projects focused on services in quality, delivery, and cost management in a production/storage/goods-handling environment. You are a Lean Leader with experience in implementing change, Lean tools and processes.
