The Recruitment and Onboarding Co-Ordinator will primarily assist the operations team with hiring and onboarding, as WellPerform’s number of employees continues to grow year on year.

This will be an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development of the recruitment strategy and onboarding procedures and to be included in the ideas and vision of the future of this part of the business.

The successful candidate will have the confidence to communicate by phone and email with clients, candidates and third-party vendors based all over the world and to answer any queries professionally and in a timely manner.
