Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Scandinavia, UK, or Germany
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in filling job openings with high-quality talents.
The responsibilities include designing job descriptions with our business leaders, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation. You will play a key role in developing and implementing employer branding propositions for our portfolio companies.
Requirements and skills include:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role min. 3 years, preferably in an international environment.
- Experience with hiring Business Development and Sales profiles
