You run several recruitments simultaneously, but you also acknowledge that each recruitment is unique and merits an individual approach. Overall, you will have the responsibility for all the recruitments in your business area and you will support line of business in various steps in the process:

• Advise, assist and support hiring managers throughout the process
• Proactively identify, contact, and motivate candidates via your network, hiring managers’ network, our candidate database, and LinkedIn
