Can you provide great customer support through dialogue and a deep technical understanding? In the role as Customer Support Engineer your primary tasks will be to provide service and support to our customers on the phone and through our online service management system, ServiceNow. In the role of Customer Support Engineer, you will be the customers’ single point of contact, why you will be responsible for providing them with the best solution for their problem, either from your own knowledge of Kamstrup’s products and solutions, or by seeking support from more specialised colleagues.
