German speaking customer service manager

At Odex we are seeking a customer service person to manage our B2B & B2C customers.

Odex is a danish distributor of some of the most high-end Outdoor brands in the world. We service most of the European outdoor market and are expanding into the US and Asia. Our portfolio of brands include Aclima, Grayl, Exped, Sasta, LA Sportiva and Trail food.

You will become part of an interesting company, on a exciting growth journey. As responsible for our CS, you will have a central position in the company, having close contact with internal divisions and our B2B customers. You will be the central hub for purchasing, warehouse and our external agents all round Europe. A central tool for handling this job is our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 (NAV). It will help if you have prior experience with BC, but it is not a must.
