Your job will focus on having a good understanding of the technological landscape we are moving towards, while also being able to motivate a highly skilled RD department in the right direction. You should be good at taking great ideas to the test and implement them within time and budget.

Your tasks will be coordinating development, reporting, and doing risk analysis. You will be expected to have natural interest for new drone technology, and the flair for moving that knowledge into Nordic Wing. You should not be afraid of testing this technology yourself and getting your hands dirty in the workshop from time to time.
