Reporting to the Head of Global Cyber Security and Risk Management, The Senior Global Security Compliance Manager will lead a team with highly skilled professionals based in different geographies. The Compliance team works together with the organization to continuously develop the compliance program, provide support to ensure that the company complies with the increasingly demanding regulations and security requirements, and actively mitigates the risks we face in different markets.

Responsibilities:

Manages an overall compliance program and continuously develops the compliance framework
Build, lead and mentor the team. Create a culture of trust, mutual respect and engagement
Leads global PCI DSS program
Ensure IT SOX, GDPR, Payment Institution and NIS-directive compliance
