We are looking to onboard an Innovation Consultant with a keen desire to develop insurance products and -services of the future within the Discovery team in Nordic Innovation.

Our Nordic Innovation department launches corporate start-ups, new products and innovative services across all our customer segments in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

The Discovery team supports our innovation agenda within the early stage of the innovation process and concept ideation. We focus on long-term market dynamics and trends, translate these into customer-driven concepts and ideas linked to Tryg's strategic themes (incl. Health), and we carry out early-stage tests for market validation.
