As a Customer Care Professional at FarmDroid you will play an essential role in providing our customers with good experiences and first-class service. Some of you hands-on tasks will be:
- Customer service and support, technical support, and monitoring field robots by means of answering support phone and handling support tickets.
- Communication and coordination amongst teams and departments and collaboration between FarmDroid, its distributors and end-customers.
- Onboarding and training of distributors field technicians and creating spare parts and warranty orders.
- Project Management and continuous improvement in daily processes and procedures.
