VIA equity is looking for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Compliance and ESG Manager. For the right individual, we offer a unique opportunity to head the firm’s compliance function and to work with and drive the firm’s internal and external ESG profile, processes & reporting.
As a Compliance and ESG Manager, you will be an integrated part of VIA’s team and work across both VIA and the underlying portfolio companies. You will drive the newly established compliance and risk management function and keep up to date on all relevant developments within ESG and ensure that VIA and its portfolio companies can deliver best-in-class reporting that will enable data-driven sustainability decisions.
The ideal candidate has a background from law, consulting, or the financial sector and has had some exposure to the field of compliance and ESG in prior employments.
