As a member of the regional account team, you will become part of a group of colleagues located across EMEA. The EMEA account team are committed to achieving both client and company objectives, with key focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The primary tasks of the position are:

Responds to client enquiries and concerns. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients
Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Creates and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors
