As our new Customer Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day customer claim handling including the facilitation of problem-solving processes involving stakeholders from all levels in the organization. You will take part in cross-functional quality improvement projects related to both products and processes. This will include planning and execution of focused, systematic problem solving, leading to the implementation of robust, sustainable corrective actions.
