This is an opportunity to become an integral member of Reduced. A sustainable, rapidly growing food production company based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We are looking for a Production Manager to run and develop our production in our newly set-up Nordhavn, Central Copenhagen factory.

The Production Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing and evaluating the entire production process
• Planning, monitoring, budgeting, and partaking in processes, packaging, and clean-up/sanitizing
• Maintain a safe production environment

Experience within food production and equipment, fermentation, facility and machinery maintenance, food safety, tracking inventory, managing production employees, and organizing workflows is essential.
