FOSS is looking for a new colleague to our global Customer Care Sales team. Your key focus in this role will be to help improve and streamline our global sales operations within contracts selling & renewal. With “contracts”, we are talking about remote & on-site maintenance agreements, digital service agreement, applications support etc. - typically contracts renewed yearly or on subscription.

As our new “Commercial Operations Specialist - Contract Business”, you will be a vital part of defining and establishing our “contract sales & renewal operations” across FOSS globally. This includes these key tasks:

Create a clear & clever contract operations setup, incl. reporting frameworks & mgmt. follow-up
Ensure data, processes and management dashboard are build and supported in Salesforce
Articulate and drive business requirements (improvements) towards our Salesforce technical team
