Would you like to ensure first-class HR business partnering for our sales region, Domestic Building Services, Western Europe (DBS WE)? And do you want to work with a wide array of HR tasks supporting our globalization and organizational transformation in an international setup?

As an integrated part of the Regional leadership team, you will drive the organization and people agenda in the sales region. Further, you will translate and execute the overall Grundfos, and DBS organization and people plans into regional activities.

You will join our global HR Business Partnering tier and step into a team of six experienced and ambitious HR Business Partners, who in collaboration with global HR Services and HR Centres of Excellence provide a high level of HR deliveries to the DBS organization. You will report directly to Senior HR Director, DBS, Henrik Kirkelund Bæk.
