In the position as Product Specialist, one of your main tasks will be to convert customer requirements into software specifications and service offers together with the Commercial Product Manager. Subsequently, it is your task to be the contact person for the Software Developers and to make sure that new functionalities in the software products and related services correspond to the customer requirements and the value creation that were specified for the respective customer segments.
