In this newly established manager role you, together with your team, will have a key role in defining our ESG and Business Compliance strategy and implementing this.

We have a well-founded business system in ISO9001 and this year we achieved the ISO45001 certificate for the first time. We would like to build further on our management system with ISO14001, and what comes after those points in our overall business strategy.

You will be responsible for our Sustainability and Business Compliance strategy and office. You will work in the span from strategic direction, with the senior management team, to the operational level with the complete UR organization, from R&D, Sales, SC&OPS, HR, Marketing etc. This has key priority in our organization with the CEO and CFO as stakeholders.
