You will take on the role as Program Lead of two strategic development programs, which are key to realizing Bavarian Nordic’s vision to become one of the largest pure play vaccine companies.

In your role as program lead, you need to ensure an effective program execution strategy based on scope and success criteria provided by the Program Sponsor. Furthermore, your most important task will be to drive progress through timely completion of program objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring timely decision-making and prioritization to meet program objectives and drive progress.
Ensuring governance structure and relevant processes for the program teams.
Ensuring overview and understanding of risks and interdependencies within the program and preventing firefighting by engaging proactively with workstreams.
